Fibralco Technical Nonwovens is a nonwoven manufacturer, located in Greece, producing a wide range of products covering the needs of various industries.
Fibralco facilities consists of three production lines for:
• Thermally bonded Nonwovens
• Needle punched Nonwovens
• Lamination
All production lines are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery capable of producing almost any nonwoven product from 100 gr/m2 to 3000 gr/m2 made by human or natural fibers to meet any customer needs. The Quality Management System is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 standards. All products are safe for the environment, for human contact and are certified to comply with high standards according to Okeo-Tex Standard 100 Certificate.
NONWOVEN GEOTEXTILES
Our geotextiles have CE certification according to EU Construction Product Regulation
305/2011 using system 2+ with in house laboratory testing in compliance to Factory Production
Control (FPC). Nonwoven geotextile from polypropylene fibers, mechanically stabilized
from 150 gr / m2 to 2.000 gr / m2. Applies to foundations of public construction projects (railways,
roads, reservoirs, tunnels) and buildings under permanent drainage systems, separation,
stabilization, and support. Specifications provided by public and private institutions to
apply to public construction projects. There is possibility of producing geotextiles to specific
requirements (strength, deformation, water permeability, etc.), depending on the needs of the
technical implementation.
ARITHERM: THERMAL & ACOUSTIC INSULATION
The innovative insulation aritherm is a new generation material combining both thermal and acoustic insulation; produced in panel and batt form. Our polyester acoustic insulation material
has an excellent sound absorption coefficient measured by Istituto Giordano. Concerning VOC
emissions our insulation material is in compliance with BREEAM and LEED requirements according
to the Indoor Air Comfort GOLD® VOC emission test report made by Eurofins. We are able to
produce insulation material from natural fibers such as Wool, Kenaf and Cotton
FILTERS
Following our several years of experience producing the entire range of coarse dust filters G1, G2,G3, G4 as well as fine dust filters M5, according to EN779 classification, we are now adopting our
production line to the ISO 16890-1 standard. Our experienced personnel can adopt any new customer
requirement to meet their needs.
MATRESS WADDING AND FELTS
We are offering a wide range of products: Wadding and felts made of natural fibers, polyester
or combination of both, needle punched or/and thermally bonded. Wadding can be produced in
a variety of mixtures. These are cotton/polyester, cotton/coconut fiber and cotton/wool which is environmentally friendly. The blend ratio can vary, allowing the customer to select according to his
specific needs.
INTERIOR ACOUSTIC INSULATION
Our company is focusing on developing new interior acoustic insulation materials in customized designs based on architects΄ needs. They will combine excellent sound absorption properties suitable for wall and ceiling applications. It will be a 100% ecofriendly product as it will be produced by recycled PET bottles.
